Refund Policy:

We want you to feel good about trying Abby. If your initial subscription purchase doesn’t feel like the right fit, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

Refunds are available for first-time subscription purchases only and do not apply to renewal charges. After 24 hours, subscription fees are non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period and will not renew after that.

To request a refund, please email hello@abby.gg with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address you used to sign up.

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing and refunds are handled according to that platform’s policies.
